These prawns are wild, chemical free and all natural. We have found a small boutique fishery that uses the old method of hand pulled nets. This method completely limits the bi catch levels and devastation to the sea floor that the trawling method produces.  It also limits the catch which means we have to pay and sell for a little higher, but we feel great about paying more for these because the more fishing that goes on like this as opposed to trawl method, the better for fish species and the planet too. They are a large size prawn and lend well to many styles of cooking.

*Important Note:  Orders will need to be picked up at 1234 McPhee Rd, Castlegar BC, the day it gets delivered.  Estimated Delivery date is December 11th.  Notifications will be sent to keep you up to date on delivery instructions.
